Who is Better at Sports Video Games?

The visualization displays the win percentages of different participants in sports video games. Each bar represents a participant, and the height of the bar represents their win percentage in a specific game.

From the visualization and the summary table, we can conclude that some participants have higher win percentages in certain games compared to others. The dataset provides insights into the performance of each participant in NBA 2K, Madden, FIFA, and UFC video games.

2022-23 NBA Regular Season Player Analysis

Overview: This project analyzed the performance of NBA players in the 2022-23 regular season using the metrics EFF, PPG, and Position Dominance in the Top 20 NBA EFF Rated

Players. The data was obtained from the NBA website and cleaned using R. An interactive dashboard was created to visualize the data.

Key Findings:

The pie chart shows that guards and forward-centers are the most dominant positions in the top 20 NBA EFF rated players.

EFF is a stat used by the NBA to measure a player's productivity and impact. However, it has limitations and should be used with other metrics to get a complete evaluation.

The top 2 rated players in EFF are both centers, they have won the regular season MVP the previous two seasons.

Conclusions:

The analysis showed that EFF is a valuable metric for measuring player performance, but it should not be used in isolation.

The dashboard provides a useful visualization of the data and can be used to explore the relationships between different metrics.

The analysis could be extended to include other metrics, such as rebounds, assists, and steals.
